The first Saturday of each month, join with neighbors for a leisurely 5K walk along the Matthew Henson Trail. The fresh air, exercise, and social time makes this Volksmarch tradition good for your mind, body, and spirit.

 

Registration is NOT required for this event; however, if you do choose to register, you will get a reminder email the day before, and we will have an idea of how many people to expect.
